Return and refund policy

We have a  7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our return policy for both defective and non-defective products .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging Intact.  Footwear must be returned in the original box, free from damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:

You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the delivery date.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

 A $15 processing fee will be deducted from the order as restocking fee .

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Please fill out the tracking form for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected. 

If the return meets the above conditions, we will process your refund.

Any shipping problems—for example, missing or incorrect items—must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package. If you have any questions, email us at customer@missionbrus.com .

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation after order : You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact Us by email at  customer@missionbrus.com   within 24 hours since placing the order . If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product. 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
